She created Laughter is the Best Medicine as a way to connect with inmates who were HIV positive or at risk for HIV as the HIV/AIDS Project Coordinator while working at MCI-Framingham, the state facility for female inmates. This workshop is designed to educate people about the profound benefits of humor and laughter for people infected with HIV.
